Recent overnight outages were caused by three generators failing between 19-22 April. Nuku'alofa, Tonga : A total of 32 cases of dengue fever have been confirmed across Tonga - an increase of 4 cases since the last report, the Ministry of Health stated today (Sit Rep #5), 23 April 2026. Seven cases are currently hospitalised including five in Ha'apai and two in Tongatapu. A public health clean-up starts tomorrow, Friday at Fo’ui and Fangaloto. -
