Removal of Pacific International (Tonga) Limited from the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given of the intention ro remove PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL (TONGA) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Ma'ufanga, Tongatapu, from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 327 (1)(d) of the Companies Act 1995.

The grounds on which the company seeks to be removed from Tongan Register are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its Constitution and the Companies Act 1995.

Any person who wishes to object to the removal of Pacific International (Tonga) Limited from the Tongan Register is required to deliver notice to such objection to the Registrar of Companies on or before 27 September 2024.

Help us Launch Coastal & Lake Rowing in Tonga!

The Tonga Rowing Association is looking for High School and College Coaches, Parents, Small Business Owners, School Officials, and Additional Athletic Club Coaches or Officials to attend.

Date: Tuesday, 3 September
Time change: 5:00 pm Tonga Time
Location: Office of Tonga Sports Association and National Olympic Committee, Vaha'akolo Rd, Nuku'alofa, Tonga

Our Goal:

We are going to discuss how Tonga can participate in the next Olympic cycle in 2028 in Los Angeles and what steps local students can take to qualify. We need a committee of individuals and organizations passionate about youth development and rowing competitively at both national and international levels.
