NOTICE OF FINAL DATE FOR FILING OF CREDITORS’ CLAIMS

REGAL HARDWARE LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

As the court appointed liquidator of Regal Hardware Limited, Dianne Warner gives notice pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act (Liquidation) Regulations that the final date for filing of creditors’ claims for Regal Hardware Limited (in liquidation) will be:

FRIDAY THE 29th OF NOVEMBER 2024

Any creditors who have not yet filed claims for debts owed to them by Regal Hardware Limited (in liquidation) should file those claims in the required form with the Liquidator either via email at dwarner [at] skips [dot] to or by delivery to the offices of the liquidator at Skips Joinery on By Pass Road in Fasi, before 4.00pm that day.
