Minimum Requirements

1.

Power Station Mechanic

(Vava’u)

• A minimum of a Level 3 Trade Certificate from TIST or higher, or a relevant diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in power generation or related fields
• Strong understanding of engineering practices, with practical experience highly preferred.
• Commitment to upholding Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) standards in all operations.

2.

Telephone Receptionist

(Tongatapu)

• At least a Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

3.

Cashier

(Tongatapu)

• Minimum of a Certificate or successful completion of the Tonga Form 6 Exam with At least one (1) year of proven experience in a cashier or financial role.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail in cash handling financial transactions and balancing transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and provide customer service in retail or service-oriented environment.
• Ability to receipt and balance cash movements daily.

4.

Asset System Analyst

• At least a Diploma GIS, ICT, Engineering, Resource Planning or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Experience working in electricity generation, transmission, or distribution.
• Familiarity with utility operations, grid infrastructure, and asset lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze asset and network data for trends, failures, and optimization.

5.

Junior Linesman

(‘Eua)

• A minimum of a Level 3 Trade Certificate from TIST or higher, or a relevant diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year trainee or relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices, with practical experience highly preferred.
• Commitment to upholding Health, Safety, Environment
• (HSE) standards in all operations.

6.

Lines Supervisor

Outer Islands

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant work experience in a similar role OR;
• Trade Certificate in Electrical with a minimum of six (6) years’ as a Senior Linesman.
• Prior work experience as a Foreman and Senior Foreman will considered.

7.

HR Officer

• Possession of a High School Certificate , Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of three years’ experience in human resources management, Administration or similar related area.
