    : Tongans are advised to conserve water, as the Meteorological Service warns the outlook for Tonga over the next three to six months is for below average rainfall, as a result of El Niño conditions continuing into the upcoming "wet season".     : Tonga’s Minister of Education, the Prime Minister Hon. ‘Akilisi Pohiva, faced a crisis this week in his move to discard 12 years of development in the national examination system in order to revert to an earlier simpler method called “Raw Marks”. He told a noisy meeting at the Tonga Institute of Education at Pahu on 14 October that Tongan schools will hand out two sets of examination results at the end of the 2015 school year. I would much rather see two teams perform something deep and meaningful than to witness another attempt to mock a culture. That is the challenge that lies ahead and perhaps when the next Rugby World Cup is held in Japan we might also celebrate the diversity of cultures that contribute towards the game that is rugby. – Malcolm Mulholland.
