Nuku'alofa, Tonga : A new “Infringement Notice Regime” proposed to give teeth to the provisions of Tonga’s Communications Act of 2015 will allow government to issue penalties of between $1000 and $4000 when they believe a person has contravened the Act, without going to court. -

Nuku'alofa, Tonga : Flagbearer and shot-putter, ‘Atamaama Tu’utafaiva led Tonga’s athletes in a parade of nations, which opened proceedings at the 2019 Pacific Games opening ceremony held at Apia Park Stadium in Samoa, yesterday, 7 July.
