Kampala, Uganda : The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, CHOGM, will be officially opened by HM Queen Elizabeth II in Kampala, Uganda, on Friday. Tonga was represented at the Commonwealth Foreign Affairs Ministers' Meeting by the Tongan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, HE Dr Ngongo Kioa.

USA : My eighty-year-old mother, who is a Tongan citizen and also a US citizen, was on her way to Fiji from Tonga on an Air Pacific flight of November 10, 2007 at 9:am.
