However, it is no difference from telling a criminal, "you have been found guilty . . . but while your appeal is pending, we are promoting you . . ." Lausanne, Switzerland : Three former FIFA executive committee members banned in a World Cup bidding scandal, including Tonga's 'Ahongalu Fusimalohi, will have their appeals heard no sooner than October, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) said on Monday.
