    : Tonga's Parliament could not re-open its sitting yesterday Monday 10 August when only 11 members turned up and failed to meet the quorum of 13. The absence of the executive members was the worst ever, the Speaker said in calling for Cabinet ministers to improve their attendance. The sitting which had been adjourned since 23 June, was further adjourned to next week.
