Kalapau Hala Mauikisikisi from Kolomotu'a won $10,000 for best cultural singing group in celebration of the 150 years of the Tongan Constitution, on Saturday, 1 November, at the Patelesio Finau and Sir Sofele Kakala Hall, ‘Apifo’ou College.
