Floral kahoa and lolly-leis at colourful tertiary graduation

Wearing colourful floral leis, as well as garlands of sugary lollies more than 300 graduates from three Government Post Secondary and Higher Education Institutes received their certificates and diplomas today, December 7, during a Combined Awards Ceremony, at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall.
