Qualifications:

• Master's degree with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, OR at least 3 years relevant working experience
• Post Graduate Diploma with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role OR at least 4 years' relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, OR at least 6 years relevant working experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in an HR, Finance, Business, Management or a related discipline with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar HR-related role.

• Completed TTA Job application form. 
• Curriculum Vitae
• 1 verified copy of the mostrecent academic transcript. (If your qualification is not from an English-speaking country, ensure that it is translated and certified first).
• Recent Police record (within the last 2 years is acceptable.
• Optional: Cover letter

• Hard copy to be dropped off at the Tonga Tourism Authority Office, Nuku’alofa, and addressed to the Acting General Manager of Tonga Tourism Authority.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field with at least 1 year of work experience in tourism-related activities or a relevant field.
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tourism promotion, branding, and digital media platforms.
• Excellent communication in English and Tongan, both verbal and written.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication or a related Discipline.

Salary: BAND J ($31,500 - $45,788 )
