Nuku'alofa, Tonga : Tonga's attempt at producing a new and more democratic form of government is a slog. When the Constitutional and Electoral Commission Act came into force on July 23, it was hailed as a milestone in Tonga's rush to have a new system of government by 2010. USA : My GPS Fotua education tells me that a normal working person works 40 hours a week through out the 52 weeks of the year. At the end of the year, there are possible 2,080 working hours. Give or take a few days for illness, religious services and hangover; there are plenty of hours worked.
