Moss Beach-CA, USA : Tonga is on the verge of declaring a "state of emergency" and we all know that it is not a natural disaster that causes the crisis; it is a human creation. It is a triumph of matter over mind and morality. With catastrophe looming over Tonga, there are many who take this matter much too lightly. Nuku'alofa, Tonga : An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 was felt throughout Tonga yesterday afternoon, but no damage was reported, while people in Ha'apai who were closest to the epicentre said that shaking had become almost a daily routine since a damaging 7.9 quake on May 4 closed their hospital.
