Nuku'alofa, Tonga : Rain is slowly easing today on Tongatapu after a bout of heavy rain, which has fallen almost continuously since the end of last week, causing widespread flooding especially in low lying areas. Roads around Nuku’alofa were still flooded today, although the water should start subsiding as rain eases over the next few days. -

In doing so, they are exposing the gap between the promise of opportunity and the grim reality of unequal chances – especially for girls.
