There was jubilation in Tonga as the 'Ikale Tahi with 13 men holding their lead in the last five minutes, beat the Manu Samoa, 19-15 in the Rugby World Cup match at Stade de la Mosson, Montpellier, early this morning, September 17 Tongan time.
