Lord Fusitu'a takes father's seat

Lord Fusitu’a (42) won the Nobles' By-election for the Niuafo’ou and Niuatoputapu seat in the Tonga Legislative Assembly with two votes this morning, and will take the seat that was vacated by his father, the late Lord Fusitu'a.

Doesn't anyone see it as at least curious that another story talks about a seminar to be held in Tonga about democracy where this article tells us a person becomes a member of the legislative assembly on one vote!
