Australian financing delegation discusses Tongan economy, debts, budget suport

A delegation from the Australia Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific, are in Nuku'alofa on a week-long visit. They discussed Australian Government infrastructure financing for Tonga through AIFFP and the state of the Tongan economy, Tonga's debt obligations and Australia's ongoing budget support. Discussions on projects included Parliament House reconstruction, the Queen Salote Wharf and ICT cable redundancy,
