First: Tonga's rank of 44 in 2015 is a sharp increase from its rank of 63 in 2014.
Second, its current 2015 rank of 44 is even better than the United States of America (ranked 49). (Also, while Tonga's rank improved, from 63 to 44, the rank of the United States declined, from 46 to 49).
