The global most concern now is climate change and he should have been forecasted that such natural disaster would occur and be proactive to put aside a proportion of the budget for such occurrence." Severe flooding in low-lying areas of Nuku'alofa, and the stagnation of flood and waste waters in homes and schools is expected to ease in some areas following the completion in December of a five-year multi-million Integrated Urban Development Sector Project that includes developing roads and rehabilitating the drainage system in the capital.
