PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On 31 May 2024 by at a special meeting of the Tonga BodyBuilding Federation, Incorporated “TBBF” as per clause 8 of its constitution:
- It was resolved by special resolution as per clause 5 (c) of its constitution that Mr. Talaiasi Nau cease to be a member of the TBBF.
- That Talaiasi Nau is not authorized to use the TBBF name, logo and assets.
