• Executive Director
The Tonga Family Health Association (TFHA) is inviting applicants for the position of TFHA Executive Director. We are looking for a leader to work together with staff and volunteers to ensure that TFHA progresses with its vision and mission.
TFHA is looking for someone who can drive the organization to successfully address health needs of the people of Tonga. Someone who can mobilize donor support confidently, a passionate advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights of all people and especially those who are most vulnerable The ideal candidate would have demonstrated experience in policy negotiations and advocacy. Financial Management is also an important responsibility for this job.
The Executive Director will provide leadership and management for the organization. The Executive Director is accountable to the Executive Board.
Qualification, experience and competencies
A Post Graduate qualification in Management; or a related degree in Social development and Health with more than 5 years of relevant management experience. Demonstrated successful leadership and management and advocacy at any settings. Competent in organisational development, human resource and change management;
