Lulutai is seeking interested candidates for the following vacant positions:

Job Title Education and Work Experience Required
1. Flight Operations Manager (FOM)
  • Document required: Airline Transport Pilot License
  • 3 years as pilot-in-command under Part 121 and Part 125  operations
  • 3 years’ experience in an operational control position
2. Crew Training and Standard Manager (CTSM)
  • Document required: Airport Transport Pilot with License Training
  • Current to act as pilot-in-command of one type of operator’s aircrafts
  • 3 years as pilot-in-command under Part 121 and Part 125 operations
  • 2 years’ experience in the checking and training role
3. Commercial Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as aviation or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in roles such as airlines operations or management
  • Skills in scheduling, marketing, budgeting and team management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize work, handle workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in office software

4. Reservations Control Senior Team Leader

  • Diploma in Tourism and/or
  • 2-3 years’ work experience, preferably in the aviation sector
  • Domestic and International system skills – reservations system
  • Advanced analytical, numerical skills and report writing
  • Previous experience in customer service role especially dealing with VVIP/VIP and CIP’s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize work, handle workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in office software

5. Executive Secretary

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is desirable; or
  • Tertiary Level Education with a proven 3-5 year’s minimum experience in a similar executive support role
  • Competent professional with excellent organizational and time management skills, and office software proficiency

6. Aircraft Maintenance

Engineer (2x)
  • Must have a NZ license with Group 1 rating OR equivalent
  • Rated on the SAAB, DHC6-400, or Y12 with at least 2-year recent experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Efficient and well organized.
