ADB and donor partners sign development cooperation agreement in Tonga

The Government of Tonga and its development partners have signed an agreement that applies the five principles of the Paris Declaration for Aid Effectiveness and outlines opportunities for fostering more effective development coordination in country both in the immediate future and in the long term.
