Lennie Niit resigns from TASANOC

Lennie Niit, the Senior Vice-President of the Tonga Amateur Sports Association National Olympic Committee (TASANOC) resigned from his position today, saying he could see “no indication of positive change” in TASANOC happening anytime soon.

Now that we know that it is
Now that we know that it is the Secretary General who is in charge of running the TASANOC office, can he please call the necessary meeting that is required to help rather than hinder the development of sports, sportsmen and women in Tonga. And please, can someone in the media please interview Lennie Niit so that we can learn more about how TASANOC is run and most importantly, how we, the wider public can help to ensure that our institutions, committees, bodies and mechanisms function in a more 'democratic' manner.
