Two Tongans receive 2017 MEXT scholarships to study in Japan

Sivoki Fonua and Sandy Tu’ipulotu are the lucky recipients of Japan’s MEXT Scholarship for 2017 and were congratulated at a dinner with Ambassador of Japan to Tonga, HE Mr Yukio Numata, who offered them advice on living and studying in Japan.
