Andrew Johns slams Rugby League eligibility rules

NRL legend, Andrew Johns has heavily criticised the eligibility rules in international rugby league. He said that Tongan rugby league players not selected for the Kiwis or Kangaroos should not have to wait 2 years to play for Tonga.
