Tonga Power announces large price cuts

Tonga’s national electric company, Tonga Power Ltd has announced an 8.5% reduction in the electricity tariff. The new prices will be effective from this Sunday, February 1.

You could be accused of
You could be accused of attempting to redefine "large" if your headline is anything to go by! If the 8.5 percent reduction in the tariff is a consequence of the 40 percent drop in the world price for oil, then perhaps large is stretching it a little?
