Deputy Speaker's case adjourned to November 25

The Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Tonga, Lord Tu'iha'ateiho, appeared at the Nuku’alofa Supreme Court yesterday, when his case was adjourned to November 25, so the court can deal with legal issues.

Why is it taking so long?
The offence was committed in 2010 and is now not due to 2014. That's four years, so much for justice in Tonga. It makes a mockery of a judicial system. I am sure that if it was a normal citizen the case would have been heard by now.
