KlickEx Pacific and SPBD have announced a partnership to enable more Samoans abroad to send money home from New Zealand and Australia. The new money transfer service will commence on July 1, 2023, and will provide an online portal for money transfers from abroad.

Tonga Police is calling for urgent public action to curb a drink driving crisis after 95 out of 705 drivers stopped from 8-10 June, were tested to be driving under the influence of alcohol on Tongatapu, with most carrying passengers. This followed a report that 10% of 504 drivers stopped over the weekend in the first week of June were DUI.
