The country is the worst affected by CoViD-19, with over 42,000 Americans having died from the disease so far.

The sports world is mourning the passing of the late basketball great, Kobe Bryant (41), who is credited for his efforts in boosting the popularity of Basketball around the world. The LA Laker super star and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, were among nine people killed in a helicopter crash in California, on Sunday 26 January. Tributes flowed from a few high profile Tongan athletes who were lucky enough to be acquainted with Bryant.

Tony is in La Quinta to participate in The American Express – his second PGA Tour event of the year, set to begin tomorrow 16 January.
