Although there were 40 arrests related to alcohol on Saturday night, and heavy traffic build-ups following the Mate Ma’a Tonga’s historical win over New Zealand, Tonga Police were generally pleased with public behaviour, Tonga Police Commissoner Stephen Caldwell said today.
