Two re-elected Nobles' Representatives to the Tonga Legislative Assembly are due to appear at the Nuku’alofa Supreme Court this month. One noble is up for sentencing while the other for sentencing submissions on separate firearm and ammunition charges.

The Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Tonga Lord Tu’iha’ateiho pleaded not guilty today to one count of possession of a firearm without a license regarding a .22 semi-automatic pistol. Tentative trial dates was set for November 2014.
