REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(CONSULTING SERVICES)
Reference No. RFQ2024-25-17
The Contracting Entity acting on behalf of the Ministry of Health has received funding from the DFAT and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include Project Manager for remedial works project at Vaiola Hospital Nuku’alofa Kingdom of Tonga.
The Contracting Entity now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required minimum qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
The short-listing criteria are:
- Bachelor's degree / master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management or related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PEE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of working with Pacific Region Waste treatment plant and refurbishment of these plants.

- Resumes of Potential staff to be used on this Consultancy with Minimum of 5 years experience and min bachelor’s degrees in Geotechnical Engineering on this type of work.

Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) set out in the Public Procurement Regulations.
