Notice of intention for company to be removed from the Register of Companies

Name of Company: Freedom Pacific Limited
Registered Office: Noa’s Guest House, Kolomotu’a, Tongatapu

1. The public is hereby notified that the shareholders have resolved to remove the company from the Tongan Register pursuant to section 327(1)(d) of the Companies Act on the ground that that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and this Act.
2. Any objection to its removal from the Registrar must be made pursuant to section 330 of the Companies Act and must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 10 October 2024.

Removal of Pacific International (Tonga) Limited from the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given of the intention ro remove PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL (TONGA) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Ma'ufanga, Tongatapu, from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 327 (1)(d) of the Companies Act 1995.

The grounds on which the company seeks to be removed from Tongan Register are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its Constitution and the Companies Act 1995.

Any person who wishes to object to the removal of Pacific International (Tonga) Limited from the Tongan Register is required to deliver notice to such objection to the Registrar of Companies on or before 27 September 2024.
