Tonga winless in Wellington Sevens

Can someone please tell me what initiatives are being implemented to further develop the sevens games in Tonga? These so-called "narrow" losses are very disturbing, embarrassing and not funny anymore. Now that the Olympics have added the sport to its list of events, there is opportunity for our country to win a medal now but we need to invest time and money towards achieving that. This can be done by introducing it in the secondary schools competition and even in the local village competition. Lets not further lag behind our fellow counterparts Fiji and Samoa as we know we have the talent and ability to match them. It all depends on our Tongan Rugby Union committee to do something about it. That's just what I think, someone else may beg to differ. Ofa atu and much respect.
