The Pacific Island nations of Fiji, Samoa and Tonga have pulled off many upsets in the Rugby World Cup, but we have yet to see one in the cup final. The Pacific Island nations are disadvantaged in rugby, and they could drastically improve their performance on the world stage. - Andrew Joakim.

The solution is very simple,
The solution is very simple, IRB should rule that when it comes to WCR every player should return to their country of origin and play for them only during the tournament. Only then can every team be competitive at the highest level and everyone would be happy to do honour for their own country. World cup soccer is doing that, why not rugby?
