This position will carry out the following duties:

1. Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Branch
2. Monitor staff performance & ensure compliance to company procedures and policies
3. Monitor branch work plan and sales targets
4. Prepare and monitor branch annual budget
5. Ensure properties and motor vehicles are kept clean, safe and in healthy environment

Qualification

• Diploma in Business Management OR; Higher from Recognized Institutions
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical area
• Experience in telecommunication and branding is an advantage.
• Good public relation skills and commercial astuteness.
• Excellent oral and written communications both in Tongan and English.
• Self-motivated, high level of initiatives and can work with minimum supervision, trustworthy and reliable.
• Healthy and possessing a valid driving license
• An excellent team player

Remuneration

• Successful applicant will be on a 6 months probationary period at salary scale $22,000 – $34,000 p.a. + 8% COLA, on salary grade L; with salary entry point, depending on qualification and experience.

This position will carry out the following duties:

1. Assist in Updating Audit Risk Catalogue to address emerging of technologies
2. Design & Monitor Internal Audit Processes and procedures
3. Report on each Audit budgeted hours against work conducted
4. Supervised Audit Plan throughout the Fieldwork until completed
5. Final review permanent file and working paper file
6. Provide suggestion on improvement of strategy and change audit methodology & efficiency
7. Summary Audit Findings with Recommendations
8. Review Follow up Audit of both internal and external auditors report
9. Perform TASY assessment of staff

Qualification

• Bachelor in Accounting or Audit from a recognized tertiary institution with 3 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Accounting or Auditing with 5 years relevant working experience
• High level knowledge in the auditing principles, procedures and practices
• A knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing system
• Computer literate and ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other TCC staff and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work unsupervised

Remuneration

• The successful applicant will be on a 6 months probationary period at salary scale of $31,000-$46,000 per annum + 8% COLA on salary grade J; with salary entry point, depending on the qualification and experience.

This position will carry out the following duties:

1. The Project Manager at Tonga Communications Corporation (TCC) will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and managing projects related to telecommunications services.
2. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of projects, from inception to completion, while monitoring their performance and maintaining efficient communication with various divisions and stakeholders within the organization.
3. The Project Manager should possess strong expertise in project management tools, ICT or telecommunication knowledge, and effective communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, ICT, Engineering or Business Administration OR relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in project management, preferably in ICT or telecommunication
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and within budget
• Sound knowledge of telecommunication services, technologies and trends.

Remuneration

• The successful applicant will be on a 6 months probationary period at salary scale of $35,000-$52,000 per annum + 8% COLA on salary grade I; with salary entry point, depending on qualification and experience.

This position will carry out the following duties:

1) Court Cases

• Appear in court under direction of Legal Counsel for recovery of Company’s debtors
• Conduct legal research for TCC legal cases and internal investigations

2) Legal Documents

• Review, interpret and assist in amending all legal documents and related matters
• Provide a sound legal opinion on the interest of the Company

3) Legal Administration

• Oversee all administrative matters and legal operations of the

Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized tertiary institution
• Has been admitted to the legal bar in Tonga or in any common law jurisdiction
• At least 1 (Minimum) year of relevant working experience and a demonstrable experience within the area of Law
• Good understanding of the Tongan legal system and practice
• Excellent compute skills, experience in public speaking, fluent in both Tongan and English written and verbal communications.

This position will carry out the following duties:

1. Maintenance of the Company Properties and Building
2. Assist in Supervising the Management of Companies Properties\
3. Report any damages to Company properties
4. Monthly Visitation and Check the Company outer sites
5. Assist in the units Vehicle Pool Driver when required.
