Richard Curtain has never held a job in the commercial market.....no experience....the real reason Tongan youth need to leave their families behind is because New Zealand primarily as an export market for Tongan produce (tomatoes for an example) always will change the import regulations to cripple Tongas industries....hence the need for hand outs! Look at your history Tonga....
