TUPOUAHAU MULI, ʻOku ai ʻetau
Tupouahau Muli, ʻoku ai ʻetau palōveape faka-Tonga ko e "takamilo, takamilo ʻo ʻai e fuʻu foʻi fakanāfala he tuʻapeitó". Kapau te ke foki fakalelei ki hoʻo muʻaki comment. ʻOkú ke kamata ʻaki hano fakaangaʻi e Komisoni Filí hangē naʻe ʻikai ke nau fai fakalelei honau fatongiá hono screen ʻo e kau kanititeití pea hangē ʻokú ke toe tukuakiʻi mo tukuhifo nai ʻa e Komisoni Filí ʻaki hoʻo ngāueʻaki e fakalea ko e "fakafievaleloi" mo e "laulanu". Lolotonga hoʻo takatakamilo holo he role ʻo e Komisoni Filí mo ʻene kaunga ki he foʻi matāmama ko ení kuó ke afe mamahi hake ʻo fakaʻosi ʻaki hoʻo fuʻu foʻi fakanāfala he tuʻa peitó ʻo pehē, "laku mai ā kituʻa mo e palakū" ʻo ʻuhinga kia ʻAkilisi Pōhiva mo ʻene kautamá (ʻikai ke mahino kia au pe ko e kotoa e Kapinetí pe ko e kau Kanititeiti pē ʻo e PTOA). Ko e premise hoʻo argument ko hoʻo fakaangaʻi ʻa e kupu fekauʻaki ʻo e palopalemá ko e Komisoni Filí, ne u pehē ʻe au te ke fakakau atu ki ai mo e Fakamaauʻangá he ko kinautolu ʻoku nau issue e Written Clearance ke ʻave ki he Komisoni Filí pea fakakau atu ki ai mo Clive pea mo Māteni ke napangapangamālie. Ko e foʻi conclusion totonu ena naʻe tonu ke ke fakamāʻopoʻopoʻaki hoʻo first argument kuó ke toki meʻa mai ʻakí, "Te tau tuhu takai kitautolu ka ʻoku takitaha pē ʻa e fatongia ke fakahoko". Ke sio ki he maʻalahí? Mo ʻene tonu pasika pea valid and sound hoʻo argument?
Lolotonga e mālie hoʻo fakamalangá mo ʻene nofo he poiní kuó ke fakamāʻopoʻopoʻaki ʻa e lototāngia lahi moʻoni ʻoku tekeutua mai ai ʻa e meʻa ko e ʻTalatōʻ mo e ʻMatekalaʻ. ʻOku ui ʻa e faʻahinga argument ʻokú ke faí ko e ʻslippery slopeʻ pea ʻi heʻeku fakaleá, ko e takamilo, takamilo holo hoʻo premise ʻo iku ʻai e fuʻu foʻi afe mamahi he tuʻapeitó ʻo make ai hoʻo conclusion.
Sai, kuó ke fehuʻi mai pe ʻe fēfē leva ʻa Māteni ia mo hono konisēnisí? Ko ʻeku talí leva ʻeni. Fakatatau ki he Article 11 Section 1 ʻo e Tala Fakahāhā Fakamāmani Lahi ʻo e Totonu ʻa e Tangatá mo e Temokālatí ʻoku pehē:
(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense. Ko hono toe fakalea ʻe tahá ʻoku pehē, everyone is innocent Until proven guilty!
Fakatātā ʻaki e hopo ʻa Lord Lasiké. Tuʻutuʻuni ʻe he Fakamaau Lahí ke halaia tuaiekemo e ala mai e mafai ʻo e tuʻí ʻo revoke hono sea he Fale Aleá fakataha mo hono hingoa Nōpelé. Fakahū atu leva e appeal ʻa Lasike pea tuʻutuʻuni ʻe he Fakamaauʻanga Tangí ʻokú ne Tonuhia. Hā leva e meʻa ne hokó? Hangē ha lupé ʻenau amoamohi ʻa Lasike ke ʻoua muʻa naʻá ne sue e Puleʻangá kae compensate pē ʻa e ngaahi monūʻia naʻe entitled ki aí pea fakalongolongoʻi hifo ai pē mo e ngalivale he kuo ʻata kovi ʻene ʻafió ko e ngaahi faleʻi fakaniumotuʻu ne fai ki aí he naʻe totonu ke kiʻi taitaimi hifo e revocation ke mahino ʻoku ʻikai ke toe pursue ʻe Lasike ha tangi ki he Fakamaauʻanga Tangí kae toki fakahoko.
Ko ia ai Tupou, ʻoku ou tui naʻe maʻu ʻe Māteni ʻa e konisēnisi moʻui mo tauʻatāina that he is innocent until the Court of Appeal says he is guilty still. ʻIkai ko ia pē, ʻoku ou tui naʻá ne maʻu ʻa e falala mo e fakatuʻotuʻa ke toki reaffirmation pe ʻoku totonu ke ne totongi ʻa e pending $14,500 pe ʻe tali pē ke aʻu ʻa e case ko ení ki hono aofangatukú kae toki totongi.
Again, you cannot deny that Clive knew about this during the nomination of candidates. Ko e hopo ia ʻemau kau seniale mei he Loló ko e ngaahi maumaulao ia ne toki hoko he taimi keipeiní. Ko e case ia koení naʻe ʻosi ʻilo lelei pē ia ʻe Clive ka ʻoku ou tui taʻetoeveiveiua, naʻe siolalo ʻe ʻikai lava ʻa Māteni. Kuo hoko leva ʻene tō kae lava ʻa Mātení hangē ia ha lingi māsimaʻi ha fuʻu mataʻipala (hūfanga he fakatapú). Ko e lēsoni leva ʻoku tau ako hení ʻoku pehē; Tuku e Sio laló pea lea ʻi hono taimi totonu mo e fakamā e tekeutua mai ʻa e matekalá. Leveleva e malanga kae tau!
