Japan signs grant assistance contracts for Koulo and 'Utulau

Two villages, ‘Utulau in Tongatapu and Koulo in Ha'apai, each received a Grant Assistance for Grass Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) contract, signed today by the Japanese Ambassador to Tonga, HE Mr. Inagaki Hisao.
