NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF TONGA RUGBY UNION

7:00pm Friday 17^th May, 2024

Mele Siu’ilikutapu Hall, Halaano

Notice is hereby given of the convening of the 2024 Annual General Meetings of the Tonga Rugby Union (TRU) 7:00pm on Friday 17^th May at Mele Siu’ilikutapu Hall, Halaano. In accordance with Clause 5 of the *TRU Constitution and eligible representatives under Clause 5.2.6 are invited to participate.

The Business of the Meeting shall be set-out in Clause 5 of the TRU Constitution.

No business other than that stated in this notice shall be transacted unless notice thereof shall have been in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the TRU at least fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting as stated in Clause 5.2.1 of the TRU Constitution. Accordingly, all Nominations and Notices must be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the TRU by no later than 10^th May, 2024.
