Tongan Detector Dog Handler graduates from NZ Police training

A Tongan police officer, Constable Samuel Pekipaki, has graduated from the New Zealand Police Dog Training Centre in New Zealand, under a programme that is training police dog handlers in Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and the Cook Islands for drugs or firearms and explosives detection work.
