PM lets go Foreign Affairs to take over Public Enterprises in Cabinet reshuffle

Two Cabinet portfolios have been reshuffled with the separation of the Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture, now headed by two Ministers. The PM has also reshuffled his own portfolios, and those of other ministers.
