Catering Professionals Tonga, was officially opened for business by Lord Vaea in the Nuku’alofa CBD on Wednesday evening, 18 November - an extension of an established catering service in Auckland, New Zealand that is owned and managed by Kelemete ‘Ahio, from Houma.
