The main question to be answered here is why was a commission established and if it was then why haven't the recommendations been appropriately discussed or debated. The heart of the issue is the demographics and the appropriately apportioned population to constituencies in respect of vote value and equity to the voting public. It is about fair and equitable representation of the people. How does money or budget have anything to do with the main issue. The Commission has tabled a report with recommendations. They are either received and supported or not supported.
