Flash flooding as storm dumps heavy rainfall on Tonga

Nuku‘alofa is experiencing flash flooding of low-lying areas, with water coming inside some homes, after thunderstorms this afternoon dumped almost a month's rainfall over Tongatapu in only seven hours.
