HM King George Tupou V and Apostle Elder Russell M. The independent countries of the Pacific can be proud of the achievements of the South Pacific Islands Forum and owe a debt to two great statesmen who founded it, Tonga's King George Tupou V noted in opening the 38th meeting of the Forum at Pangai Lahi in Nuku'alofa this morning.

Tonga's national rugby team, the 'Ikale Tahi was welcomed back home last night by thousands of people who were at the airport and were waiting on the side of the road from the airport to Nuku'alofa.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' most sacred place in Tonga, the Tonga Temple was opened for public viewing today, Sept 25.

Dressed in red today more than 500 primary school children from the Ma'ufanga Primary School on Tongatapu, showed their support for the national rugby team, the 'Ikale Tahi.
