The team includes two former Mate Ma’a Tonga players, Andrew Fifita (Cronulla Sharks) and Felise Kaufusi (Melbourne Storm). A third player of Tongan descent in the squad is Tyson Lomano Frizell (St. George Illawarra Dragons).
