Provision of Event Management and Hotel Services for UN Agencies in the Pacific
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), on behalf of participating UN Agencies across Fiji and the Pacific Island Countries, invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the provision of comprehensive Event Management and Hotel Services.
This RFP aims to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to support UN-organized events, conferences, and workshops across Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu, contributing to impactful development initiatives in the Pacific region.
Who Can Apply
UNFPA welcomes submissions from individual companies, partnerships, and small or locally based businesses.
A single submission is sufficient; consortiums are not required.
We particularly encourage participation from women-owned and locally established service providers who meet the qualification criteria.
Submission Details
Interested Service Providers are invited to submit their proposals no later than 11:59 p.m. (Fiji Time), Friday, 28 November 2025.
