Level 1:

$42,000 - 63,000

 Qualification, experience and competencies
  • A Post Graduate qualification in Management; or a related degree in Social development and Health with more than 5 years of relevant management experience.
  • Demonstrated successful leadership and management and advocacy at any settings.
  • Competent in organisational development, human resource and change management;
  • Understands and promote TFHA values and approaches to development with a passion to serve the people of Tonga.
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills with Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • A Bachelor Degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of work experience or
  • A Diploma in Nursing with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Relevant experience and background work in SRHR, women’s health, midwifery care, family planning and service management
  • with good contractive knowledge and skills, emergency and
  • disaster care, education and training, monitoring and evaluation and advocacy

Level 5:

$19,490 – 29, 230
  • A degree in social science, business , management or relevant field
  • for not less than three (3) years of work experiences in Government, Civil Society organizations.
  • Should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions, Performance management, Training, Recruitment, Record Management, learning and development, compensation management, benefits management.
